The concept states the mission in a single sentence: to build a sustainable ecosystem in preschool education grounded in the principles of high quality, accessibility, inclusion and care for the next generation. The word "ecosystem" is deliberate — this is about how an entire sector works, not the quality of one kindergarten.
The first four values are child-centred. Care for children: every child is the association’s responsibility, and the conditions for their safety, development and a happy childhood must be created. Quality of preschool education: high standards in programmes, in the learning environment and in teachers’ professional mastery. Accessibility: quality education must be available to every child regardless of where they live, their social circumstances or their developmental profile. Inclusion: supporting and respecting each child’s individuality, with education free of barriers and discrimination.
The next four concern the organisation itself. Professionalism and continuous development: raising members’ qualifications, exchanging practice and investing in human capital. Self-regulation and responsibility: a strong internal culture of quality and ethics — we set the standards ourselves and we keep to them ourselves. Innovation and openness to best practice: adopting modern technology, methods and international standards. Partnership and cooperation: working jointly with state bodies, business and international organisations.
The split is meaningful. The first four say what the association works for; the second four say how. Self-regulation is not a demand pointed outward — it is first and foremost a demand a member places on itself.
