“Algysym sheksiz”: an evening dedicated to the Day of Gratitude and iftar

The event brought together women entrepreneurs, their families, representatives of elders' and mothers' associations, an imam and public figures.

Guests were welcomed with heartfelt songs about mothers, and the official opening began with the song “Assalamualaikum”. During the evening an imam offered a special dua and blessing, and the council of elders shared their good wishes. A traditional zharapazan was performed, and the grandmothers' ensemble of the Mothers' Association, led by Nursagila-apa, offered the audience a mother's blessing and melodic songs.

The most moving part of the event was the section “A bow to mothers”. A video was shown about successful women entrepreneurs and the mothers who support them, and the mothers received letters of gratitude, bouquets and commemorative gifts for their contribution to the country's development and to raising the next generation.

At the close, organiser Kulyanda Ualikhanovna Batyrbekova gave a closing address and summed up the evening. Participants offered wishes for the country's wellbeing and unity and posed for a commemorative photograph.
